Molecules
When elements are combined by chemical forces, they form molecules.
Examples of simple household molecules include:
- A water molecule (H2O) consists of two parts of Hydrogen and one part of Oxygen.

- A salt molecule (NaCl) consists of one part of Sodium and one part of Chlorine.

- A baking soda (NaHCO3) molecule consists of one part of Sodium, one part of Hydrogen, one part of Carbon, and three parts of Oxygen.
