Welcome to lesson one.
This week we introduce ourselves to stress and also holistic health. Then we do some self-assessing for stress levels.
The main component of this week's work revolves around the first two chapters of your textbook.
The first chapter is an overview of stress, health and wellness.
As you read this chapter, you will complete a brief assignment that goes along with this chapter.
Next, you will assess your stress levels in a few ways based on the information in chapter 2 on self-assessment.
You will go through the variety of stress self-inventories and complete the assignment that goes with this chapter.
