Welcome to lesson ten!
This week we turn our attention to a most interesting aspect of ourselves - the magic power of our subconscious mind. This is a fascinating topic that has a lot to do with helping us manage stress.
The reading for this week's work is found in chapter 20 of your textbook.
Your assignments this week will include an interesting look at your subconscious mind and how it works. You will also experience another version of the excellent deep relaxation exercise called Guided Imagery.
The third item for the week allows you to get into your own mind and think of some deeply relaxing scenes. After you have finished reading the chapter you will understand why this is such a powerful way to reduce your stress.
