Stress Management Course Files

One assignment that you will do this semester is a review of a book that deals with mental, emotional and/or spiritual health and wellness.

This week's assignment, in association with the book review, is to tell me which book you are choosing to read.

Begin by going to the "cool books" booklist

Look over the many wonderful books and find two or three that seem to jump out at you. Take some time to gather some information about your potential books. The internet can usually give you some background to most books with some good digging.

Most of the books on the list can be found through your library systems or cheaply in a good bookstore, or even more cheaply online through new or used book websites. If there is a smiley face by the book, then it is supposed to be available in the WSU library.

Important Note: You may not use a book that you have already read or are reading now for another class.

If you find another book that would fit the requirements for this assignment which is not on the book list, feel free to run it by me for approval.
