Stress Management Course Files

Here we are at Lesson 3!

This week we learn about all the bad things that happen to the body as a result of choosing (we learn about this later) to stay stressed.

The main component of this week's work revolves around the chapter on the physiology of stress.

The information in this chapter should give you sufficient motivation to take positive steps toward preventing and reducing stress in your life.

Your first assignment this week is the assessment connected to this week's lesson.

You will also be experiencing the second deep relaxation exercise called Restful Breathing. Background information can be found in chapter 17 of the textbook.

This should be sufficient for this week.

Enjoy!
