We are now on Lesson 4.
We begin to move into our thinking ways this week and discover all the amazing things our minds are able to do to turn on the stress response.
The main component of this week's work revolves around the chapter on the perceptions. In the textbook it is found in chapter 5.
Your first assignment this week is the assignment connected to this week's lesson.
You will also be experiencing the amazingly powerful relaxation technique called Autogenics. Background information for autogenics can be found in chapter 18 of your textbook.
