The main component of this week's work revolves around the chapter on choice - Chapter 6 of your textbook.
The information in this chapter follows closely with the last lesson's information on perception and interpretation. It puts the responsibility of all of our stress right where it belongs, in our own heads. Read through this chapter thoroughly and carefully.
You have one assignment associated with this chapter.
You will also be experiencing another really cool relaxation exercise called Flowing Comfort. Follow the instructions for this assignment carefully. It is quite awesome!
