Stress Management Course Files

Welcome to Lesson Six!

This week we focus on mindfulness! Potentially, It can be the most important stress preventive component of your stress management toolbox. When experimented with and practiced, it can bring more peace of mind than anything else of which I am aware.

There are two components to this week's work. One follows the chapter on mindfulness - chapter 7 of your textbook.

The other assignment for this week is a comprehensive homework assignment designed to practice the rich art of mindfulness.

This is all we do this week, but it will be worth a lifetime's investigation toward stress management.
