Welcome to lesson eight!

This week we take a close look at our values. Most of the work will revolve around chapter 9 of your textbook.

You will have an assignment that helps you learn more about what values are and what they have to do with you. You will also complete your own values/mission statement according to the directions in this chapter.

You will also have the wonderful opportunity of experiencing a deep relaxation exercise that is designed to do much more than relax you. Follow the directions carefully for this week's guided imagery called Inner Wisdom. Be sure to do it at times when you will not fall asleep. If you fall asleep, you won't receive the intended experience. This is important.

I look forward to hearing about your cool experiences with this week's work/play.
