We are pleased to announce that the merger of Blackboard and WebCT is official. Now we begin in earnest the exciting work of integrating our two companies to best serve the more than 3700 institutions worldwide in the combined Blackboard/WebCT community. While this is an important step in the effort to complete the joining of our two companies, the most important milestones – those new educational innovations and client achievements enabled by this combination – are yet to come.

We're committed to your success and to communicating to you on a consistent basis. So expect to hear more from us on these milestones as we work with the client community and our partners to continue moving e-Education and campus commerce forward.  In the meantime, we're squarely focused on continuing to best serve all our clients and ensuring a seamless user experience as we move to this new stage as a company. In that regard, please note that your points of contact (account management, client support, etc.) will remain the same during the integration process. So please reach out to those people if you have any questions. They are committed to the continuity of your client experience.
